By accessing or using the Starlight Travel website (starlighttrvl.com) or requesting our travel planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Who we are
Starlight Travel LLC ("Starlight Travel", "we", "us", "our") is a boutique travel agency that helps individuals and families plan and book vacations worldwide — including Disney and theme parks, cruises, the Caribbean, Brazil, and Europe.
Our services
Starlight Travel provides personalized travel planning and booking assistance. Our planning service is provided at no extra cost to the traveler — we are compensated by travel suppliers and partners when bookings are made.
- We act as an authorized travel advisor and booking agent on your behalf.
- We do not own or operate any hotels, airlines, theme parks, cruise lines, or other travel suppliers.
- We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party suppliers.
- All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel supplier.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to ensure that pricing, availability, and product information on our site are accurate and up to date. However, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
Any price guarantee or "beat any price" offer applies only to identical products from authorized U.S. sellers, subject to our verification. We reserve the right to decline a price match if the comparison does not meet the applicable terms.
Payments and bookings
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies vary by supplier and are provided to you in writing before you confirm any booking. By authorizing a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted those terms.
Starlight Travel does not store your credit card information. Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment links provided by our supplier partners.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual travel supplier (airline, hotel, theme park, cruise line, etc.) and are communicated to you before booking. Starlight Travel's planning fee is not subject to refund once a booking is confirmed, as our compensation comes from supplier commissions that are earned at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
Travel documents and requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your travel party hold valid travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination records, etc.) required for your destination. Starlight Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from missing or invalid documents.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlight Travel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Changes, delays, or cancellations by travel suppliers
- Acts of nature, government actions, or force majeure events
- Your failure to obtain required travel documents or insurance
- Inaccurate information provided by you when making a booking
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Starlight Travel in connection with the booking in question.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Starlight Travel LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
User conduct
When using our site or contacting us, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Use our site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
